Skittles League
Northamptonshire skittles also known as Hood skittles or table skittles, is a marvellous classic pub game from the midlands. The game originates from alley skittles, which is still played parts of the country.
The White Horse has two skittles teams. Monday is ladies league and Thursday is mixed teams. If you are intrested in joining one of our teams please get in touch.
You are welcome to try your hand at skittles whilst enjoying a pint or two.

Explore the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside surrounding the White Horse Welton. Why not start and finish your walk at the White Horse where you can relax and sample our fantastic Pub food and refreshments?

Maximum teams of 6, start time 7:30 prompt.
Booking is essential as this is a very popular night.

Soapbox Derby
The White Horse is the start line for the Welton Soapbox Derby, descending downhill for 1/3 mile reaching speeds +30 mph. The derby attracts contestants from the as far a field as the Isle of Wight, prizes include speed, originality and juniors.
